Presenters
Felicity Turner, Turner Agri Services
Felicity farms with her husband Mark on their farm at Field in the Upper South East.
She has over 20 years experience in Sustainable Agriculture across the South-East region of SA working predominantly in the field of crop and pasture agronomy and managing projects in mixed farming systems. Through this work she has been exposed to a lot of decision making tools that they have been utilising in their farming business to identify trigger points and allow the business to manage dry times.
Brendan Voss, Production Advisor, Delta Ag
Completing a Bachelor of Science (Animal Science) Roseworthy in 2010, Brendan then gained experience in a mixed farming enterprise at Tintinara before joining Elders in 2012 as a Livestock Agent and Livestock Production Advisor for eight years. In 2024 Brendan joined Delta Agribusiness as Animal Production Advisor to continue his passion for working with producers to maximise their outputs and profitability through tailored extension practices.

Penny Schulz is a part-time lecturer with her key teaching focus on Agricultural Consulting and recently completing her PhD in the farmer adoption of app technology. Outside of her teaching at UNE, Penny operates a family cattle and sheep operation in South Australia with her husband Jason. Penny also consults to the agricultural sector delivering projects to the livestock industry and holds several state and national advisory roles, with her expertise in the fields of agtech adoption, livestock genetics and farm business management.
