Skill Up - Helping community organisations govern

The Governance Masterclass provides local board and committee members with an opportunity to upskill in non-profit and incorporated association governance of community organisations.

Four short online webinars presented by Natasha Rees between May 2024 and March 2025 were designed to strengthen individual leadership capacity and capability to support community and drought resilience. The topics covered came out of the original Governance Masterclass held in March 2024.

These two workshops are being held following the Board Governance Masterclass. Whilst there is no mandatory pre-requisite to attending these Workshops, it is advisable that the full day Governance Masterclass would be a valuable pre-requisite, depending on lived Board experience.

This project is supported by FRRR, through funding from the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund.
