Guest Speaker - Dr Lachlan Strohfeldt, Protein Production Vets
Dr Stohfeldt focuses on creating confident cattle in a labour efficient way. Important to that is timing, technique and an understanding of how stressed animals interact and learn best. During the day Lachlan will discuss what cattle crave – working around the principle that every handling influences the next one. This will lead into the yard demonstrations where he will explain some of the processes.
