MFMG Canola herbicide agronomy trial

Project Objectives

This trial aims to establish which of the herbicide management systems is the most profitable for canola, identify how many annual ryegrass plants are required to make RoundUp Ready canola more profitable than Clearfield Canola, and to generate interest and learning about canola agronomy.

The trial will be cut out in an established canola crop at Minimay (paddock to be identified by Elders Agronomist). 

The trial will be 6 x treatments x 3 replicates = 18 plots.
