nab agribusiness Rural Commodities Wrap

Latest News >>

The nab agribusiness Rural Commodities Wrap provides readers with a breakdown of 28 commodities and a forecast for the season ahead. Thanks to average to well above average rainfall across eastern Australia, the season has been fairly favourable overall with the outlook for Australian agriculture remaining generally very healthy.

Winter has been kind to most producers so far, particularly those in broadacre cropping and livestock industries. For example, the Australian 2016-17 wheat production forecast has been upgraded to 27.2 million tonnes although this is highly reliant on the climate outlook.

To learn more about the effects of climate and other things such as Brexit on the global financial markets and the global growth forecasts see attached PDF Rural Commodities Wrap
