Leasing and share farming – from both sides of the fence I (cropping focussed)


You will be introduced to the various leasing and share farming models and valuation approaches. The course also covers concepts and principles that can assist landowners in sourcing the right tenant to lease or share farm their property and also improve the ongoing working relationship between landowners and tenants or share farmers.

 Leasing and share farming - from both sides of the fence II (livestock focussed)

 This course considers some of the important issues when contemplating a livestock leasing or share farming opportunity. The course also aims to develop skills in proposal writing, formal agreements and undertaking annual reviews.
